A SAIL IN CREATING GREAT MEMORIES é uma marca dedicada à realização de atividades turísticas de passeios de barco personalizados, ou não, e de serviços inerentes a essa personalização.

 

Introductory note

1.º Estas condições gerais de venda são acordadas entre a SAIL IN CREATING GREAT MEMORIES, contacto +351 920 458 939, doravante designada por “SAIL IN“e as pessoas que desejem efetuar compras através do website www.sail-in.pt doravante designadas por “Utilizador(es)”.

2. The parties agree that purchases made via the website www.sail-in.pt shall be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.

 

ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT

1. The purpose of these general terms and conditions of sale is to provide and define all the necessary information for the User on the ordering, sales, payment and service provision methods used on the www.sail-in.pt website.
2. These conditions regulate all the steps required to make the purchase and guarantee the follow-up of this service provision to the User.

ARTICLE 2 - ORDER

1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the www.sail-in.pt website, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to their shopping basket:
2. To send your order, the User must:
3. a) Access the website www.sail-in.pt, choose the service you want and then provide the information requested there.
4. b) Make the booking request.
5. c) Após este pedido é enviado um email ao fornecedor de serviços que irá comprovar da disponibilidade do serviço na data/hora marcada e eventualmente orçamentado algum serviço extra mencionado na “caixa de texto” aquando da reserva.
6. d) Once the operator has confirmed the booking, it sends the customer an email with the confirmation and the payment link.
7. The final confirmation of the order by the User is tantamount to full and complete acceptance of the prices and description of the products/services available for sale as well as these General Terms and Conditions of Sale, which shall be the only ones applicable to the contract thus concluded.
8. A SAIL IN honrará as encomendas recebidas online. Na falta de disponibilidade da prestação do serviço a SAIL IN compromete-se a informar o Utilizador logo que lhe seja possível.
9. The data contained in the invoice is the sole responsibility of the User. Once an invoice has been issued, it cannot be reissued with changes.
10. O pagamento deverá ser recepcionado na totalidade até 48 horas antes do serviço solicitado.
11. If payment of the invoice is not received by the services within the indicated period, the order will not be guaranteed.

 

ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT

1. On the website www.sail-in.pt SAIL IN offers the User the following payment methods via IFTHENPAY:
2. a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
   b) Multibanco reference;
   c) Transfer;
3. In the case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made to the User's card immediately after confirmation that the service can be provided. If any of the services ordered cannot be provided, the amount will be credited to the User's card once the order has been finalised.

ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION

1. 1. A disponibilização do serviço apenas será realizada após a confirmação do pagamento efetuado.

    

ARTICLE 5 - PRICING

1. Prices are to be understood in Euros, including taxes and duties, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.
2. If there is an increase in the price of any service, the User will be informed immediately and can choose to continue with their order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.

ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION AND RETURN

1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by SAIL IN.
2. On the part of SAIL IN: quando as condições de segurança não são cumpridas, devido à más condições climatéricas, como chuva forte ou nevoeiro intenso. Reagendamento para data a definir e em última instância procede-se a 100% de retorno do pagamento. On the client's side: com as sanções devidas dependendo se está ou não perto do dia da partida – Mais de 30 dias significa reembolso de 75%. Até 15 dias significa reembolso de 50% e menos de 7 dias, sem direito a reembolso. A SAIL IN reserva-se no direito de cancelar o serviço se qualquer passageiro se recusar a seguir as instruções dos skippers ou em caso de comportamento inadequado que possa colocar ele próprio ou outros passageiros em risco. Álcool é permitido a bordo, desde que em quantidades moderadas. Se qualquer cliente apresentar sinais de estar ébrio, antes ou durante o passeio, o mesmo será cancelado sem direito a reembolso. Por favor, cumpra as condições de segurança. SAIL IN reserves the right to cancel the service if you do not follow the instructions.
3. Whenever possible, refunds should be made by the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership in order for the refund to be made by Bank Transfer.
4. SAIL IN undertakes to reimburse the User within a maximum of 30 days.
