You can take part in our experiences from 0 to 120 years old!

Pets are accepted on some boats. Please contact us before booking to guarantee availability.

If the experience is cancelled due to weather conditions, we will initially try to reschedule the experience. If this is not possible, we will refund the amount paid.

If the experience is cancelled on your part, you will be charged the amounts due and set out in the Cancellation Policy on the Terms & Conditions.

You can book at any time, but we advise you to contact us via our direct channels (WhatsApp, Request Booking Form, Contact Form or Email).

Yes, all participants are covered by the insurance required by law.

The clothes should be comfortable and the footwear suitable, preferably sports shoes. We advise against wearing any other type of footwear.

From SAIL IN: when safety conditions are not met due to bad weather conditions such as heavy rain or fog. 100% return of payment.

On the part of the client: with penalties depending on whether or not it is close to the day of departure - More than 30 days means a 75% refund. Up to 15 days means a 50 per cent refund and less than 7 days means no refund.
SAIL IN reserves the right to cancel the service if any passenger refuses to follow the skippers' instructions or in the event of inappropriate behaviour that could put him/herself or other passengers at risk.
Alcohol is permitted on board, provided it is in moderate quantities. If any customer shows signs of being drunk before or during the tour, it will be cancelled without refund. Please comply with the safety conditions.

SAIL IN reserves the right to cancel the service if the instructions of the SAIL IN team are not followed.
