1.\u00ba Estas condi\u00e7\u00f5es gerais de venda s\u00e3o acordadas entre a\u00a0SAIL IN CREATING GREAT MEMORIES, contacto +351 920 458 939, doravante designada por \u201cSAIL IN\u201ce as pessoas que desejem efetuar compras atrav\u00e9s do website www.sail-in.pt doravante designadas por \u201cUtilizador(es)\u201d.<\/p>\n

2. The parties agree that purchases made via the website www.sail-in.pt shall be governed exclusively by this contract to the exclusion of any conditions previously available on the website.<\/p>\n

ARTICLE 1 - OBJECT<\/strong><\/p>\n

  2. These conditions regulate all the steps required to make the purchase and guarantee the follow-up of this service provision to the User.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

    ARTICLE 2 - ORDER<\/strong><\/p>\n

    1. The User places their order by completing the purchase process presented on the www.sail-in.pt website, adding the product(s) or service(s) they wish to order to their shopping basket:<\/li>\n
    2. To send your order, the User must:<\/li>\n
    3. a) Access the website www.sail-in.pt, choose the service you want and then provide the information requested there.<\/li>\n
    4. b) Make the booking request.<\/li>\n

    11. If payment of the invoice is not received by the services within the indicated period, the order will not be guaranteed.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

      ARTICLE 3 - PAYMENT<\/strong><\/p>\n

      1. On the website www.sail-in.pt SAIL IN offers the User the following payment methods via IFTHENPAY:<\/li>\n
      2. a) Credit card (Visa, Mastercard);
        b) Multibanco reference;
        c) Transfer;<\/li>\n
      3. In the case of payment by credit card, the charge will be made to the User's card immediately after confirmation that the service can be provided. If any of the services ordered cannot be provided, the amount will be credited to the User's card once the order has been finalised.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

        ARTICLE 4 - AVAILABILITY AND CONSUMPTION<\/strong><\/p>\n

          1. Prices are to be understood in Euros, including taxes and duties, taking into account the VAT in force on the date of payment of the order.<\/li>\n
          2. If there is an increase in the price of any service, the User will be informed immediately and can choose to continue with their order (paying the difference) or to cancel it.<\/li>\n<\/ol>\n

            ARTICLE 6 - CANCELLATION AND RETURN<\/strong><\/p>\n

            1. The cancellation or return process is handled on a case-by-case basis by SAIL IN.<\/li>\n

            3. Whenever possible, refunds should be made by the same payment method, but if this is not possible, the user must provide proof of payment and proof of account or card ownership in order for the refund to be made by Bank Transfer.<\/li>\n
